Job Summary

As an Associate Analyst 3D Creative, you will work closely with our Product Engineers, Senior Industrial Designers and Development Leaders to create stunning high quality 3D visual assets for our Private Brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for 3D design to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in 3D modelling with strong surface modelling capabilities, experience in developing technical drawings, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

3D Modelling – Translate product concept sketches and drawings into detailed and accurate 3D models of products, environments, props, and other assets based on project requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with both Bangalore and US team members to understand project requirements for seamless execution.

Attention to Detail –

Follow design guidelines and maintain consistency in style and quality across projects.

Ensure accuracy and deliver high-quality output while keeping project deadlines and milestones on priority.

Continuous Improvement –

Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges.

Learn and adapt to new software tools and techniques as needed.

Take direction and feedback from team members to refine and improve work.

Years Of Experience

1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

(e.g., Computer Animation, Visual Effects, Game Design, etc.)

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Good familiarity with Windows interface.

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and animation principles.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as

Solid Works (**REQUIRED**)

PTC Creo

Autodesk 3Ds Max

and/or Maya

Blender or Cinema 4D

V-Ray

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe AfterEffects

Adobe Animate

Basic understanding of lighting, shading, rendering techniques and workflows to achieve visually appealing results.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take direction and feedback positively and apply it to improve work.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.

Strong Portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and examples of 3D work (e.g., modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, etc.).

Secondary Skills (desired)

Mid-Level familiarity with softwares such as

SketchUp

Figma

Adobe tools such as PremierPro and Audition.

Interest in emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR).
