Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend and backend development and authoring. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-impact projects that align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of AEM-related projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the development and support of AEM systems ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to AEM frontend and backend development teams.
• Coordinate with AEM authors to ensure content is accurately created and maintained.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Utilize analytics to assess project performance and implement improvements.
• Support IT consulting initiatives by providing expertise in AEM technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in program management with a focus on AEM technologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend and backend development and authoring.
• Exhibit strong project management skills including planning execution and risk management.
• Show proficiency in English with excellent reading writing and speaking abilities.
• Have experience in IT consulting and analytics which is considered a plus.
• Display strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
