Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery lifecycle of AI/ML projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align expectations, clarify requirements, and resolve any blockers promptly.
- Understand the technical nuances of AI technologies, including model training, deployment, and monitoring, to effectively guide the project and mitigate risks.
- Apply Agile methodologies to plan sprints, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Navigate the dynamic and evolving nature of AI projects by identifying challenges early, adapting plans as needed, and fostering innovation.
- Proven experience in delivering AI or machine learning products from concept to deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work across diverse teams and clients.
- Solid technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows.
- Expertise in Agile project management and risk mitigation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
