Primary Roles
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes and ensure smooth functioning of daily
- Follow up and coordinate with city teams for different AI deployments e.g. rains,
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- D-1 RCA and ensure course corrections are deployed
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning.
- Proficient in MS office- excel
- SQL & Snowflakes knowledge
- Ability to work on analysis and key dashboards - Data oriented
- Sound in communication & coordination
