Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager to join our team at ORRA Fine Jewellery in Punjab. As the Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a senior position that requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the retail industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve KPIs
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
