- Business & Territory Development
- Lead entire sales operation of Gujarat/MP Region.
- Achieve product/segment-wise sales targets and develop new key accounts in the defined territory.
- Prepare monthly sales projection in view of annual sales targets.
- Team Management
- Achieve targets efficiently through a team of 5-6 sales engineers.
- Mentor and retain talent in the team.
- Business Promotion & Branding
- Plan and execute necessary business promotion/branding activities.
- Handle various exhibitions and subsequent customer contact programs.
- Technical Knowledge Upgradation
- Understand application knowledge and upgrade the same on a continuous basis.
- Provide techno-commercial support to all customers.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Manage premium relationships with platinum customers.
- Develop customer retention programs for existing customers.
- Relevant selling experience, preferably in the process-chemical & pharma industry, is a must.
- Candidate should possess good engineering knowledge and sound technical understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
