Managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers and to continuously updateTrain, develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals1. Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers. 2. Motivate and help partner employees to share and even close more leads in timely manner.3. Improve the company’s mindshare and thereby wallet-share.

Adherence to Sales process 1. Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated2. Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.

Renewal persistency

• Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and opportunity areas
• Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
