Role –Relationship Manager, International Banking

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis –
  • Monitor Financial performance against KPI for the BU
  • Prepare detailed report and presentations for executive leadership summarizing business performance, trends and recommendations
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and develop action plan
  • Strong understanding of financial numbers, allocation of budgets and developing data-driven insights as part of the unit’s business strategy.
  • Regulatory and Compliance submissions –
  • Closely monitoring and submitting regulatory submissions for compliance with extant regulations
  • Tracking deviations and course correcting on compliance
  • Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors for data extraction and submission
  • Client Servicing and Solutioning –
  • Responsible for client servicing and maintenance activities of International Banking clients - banks and fintechs
  • Ensuring business continuity through strategic client management and planning

Qualifications

  • Post-Graduates and MBA / CA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in business planning, strategy or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of forecasting techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required for preparation of management review decks
  • Ability to work closely and cohesively with various departments of the bank including finance, compliance, audit and business units
