Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and assist with various aspects of the hiring process to ensure effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a pool of qualified candidates.
Resume Screening: Help review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet job requirements and align with the organization's needs.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and a smooth process.
Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Postings: Support in creating and managing job postings on various platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect job requirements and attract suitable candidates.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
Compliance: Ensure that recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Documentation: Help maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, including interview notes and candidate feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and HR team members to support various aspects of the recruitment process and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
