Job Description
Execution of Preventive Maintenance of Production , Utility , ETP MEE , Warehouse , Admin &Plant equipments.
Equipment Dismantling & Fitting work for Product Change over Avg. Equipment/Day.
Non Routine work like Parts dismantling & fitting as per Process requirement like material chocking problem etc..
Routine Maintenance work like Centrifuge bag opening & fitting work.
Predictive maintenance of All equipments by taking plant round.
Breakdown Maintenance of equipments.
Maintaining of Spares/Parts of equipments by informing superiors.
Maintaining S activity in Mechanical Workshop.
Modification work as per process requirement.
To find the root cause for Spare parts failure.
Execution of Project Activities like new equipment installation, commissioning.
Qualifications
ITI/Diploma
