Job Title: Assistant Teacher.

Location: Adgaon, Nashik.

Department: Academics.

Reports To: Class Teacher / Coordinator / Principal.

Salary: Max 25,000 CTC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher to support classroom teaching, manage daily learning activities, and contribute to the overall growth and development of students. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about education and willing to learn under the guidance of senior teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide individual or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Supervise students during classwork, playtime, and school activities.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Prepare classroom materials and help with displays and student portfolios.
• Support in organizing events, field trips, and celebrations.
• Maintain records of student attendance and progress as directed.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or related field).
• B.Ed. or D.Ed. preferred (optional for pre-primary levels).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Basic knowledge of child development and teaching strategies.
• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in school settings are welcome
