Job Description This is an operational role responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost effective manner Responsibilities adherence to contract terms and conditions, monitoring contract compliance, and resolving any disputes adherence to all commercial and legal requirements, including licensing, permits, and industry regulations Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain quality standards
