Repairability

  • Study the new vehicle development to concept stage and ensure the Repair Rules are addressed and the ease of Accessibility as per the Renault Sales definition.
  • To work with Vehicle Engineering and ensure the Spare requirements are integrated in RFQs of Vehicle parts
  • Prepare Repair Methods and Labour Time
  • Quality & Process Pilot

Spare Parts

  • Define and specify Spare part catalogue (S/P) for new and serial life projects in coherence with Renault after sales mode policy and the project milestone requirements.
  • Update the S/P catalogue regularly in accordance with the change made in part by engineering team and part adoption abolishment date finalised in manufacturing depending on the criteria of the vehicle.
  • Responds to the Network Alerts (GAR) regarding concern in S/P procurement & S/P Catalogue Quality
