Pallium India invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager/Manager- Resource Mobilisation Team.

Qualification Post Graduate Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience 8 years of experience in fundraising, CSR engagement, donor relations, or nonprofit development.

Location Thiruvananthapuram

Job Profile: Donor Identification and Engagement

• Maintain and update a database of potential CSR, grant, and philanthropic donors.
• Develop an outreach plan to approach and engage donors, aligning with their values and Pallium Indias mission.
• Identify new funding opportunities from government, private, and institutional sources.
  
  

Fundraising Planning and Execution

• Support the preparation of annual fundraising plans and revenue targets.
• Coordinate proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes tailored to each donor.
• Track and report progress toward fundraising goals, ensuring timely updates to leadership.
  
  

Relationship Management

• Ensure timely, professional communication with donors past, present, and potential.
• Create meaningful donor experiences by providing impact updates, fund utilization reports, and personalized communications.
  
  

Program Coordination and Fund Utilization

• Coordinate with program teams to ensure funds are utilized as intended.
• Track program spending and flag risks of over- or under-utilization.
• Ensure timely reporting of outcomes to donors and stakeholders.
  
  

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure legal and statutory requirements related to funding, including FCRA and CSR compliance, are met.
• Assist with timely submission of reports, filings, and documentation to funding partners and regulators.
  
  

Team Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with senior leadership, finance, and program teams to align fundraising with organizational priorities.
• Support and mentor the team.
