About The Team
The Human Resources team partners with all aspects of the organization, driving success through the effective and innovative management of people for both current and future business needs.
Key Roles That The Human Resources Team Performs
Executive Role: Specialists in all aspects of people management. High-level input at strategic level into all key business decisions.
Audit Role: Ensures all areas of the organization are compliant with legal requirements AND best practice employment policies and procedures.
Facilitator Role: Close partnership to support, advise and extend the ability of all areas of the organization to meet their objectives through implementation of highly effective employment practices in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, Health and Wellbeing.
Consultancy Role: Provide expert advice to the organization and it’s managers on any aspect of workforce management and employee relations and performance.
Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
- To handle the day to day activities of Process equipment’s Instrumentation & Electrical Breakdown and it’s related Works.
- To attend the breakdown of equipment’s and resolve it in minimum time to ensure equipment availability within shot duration
- Co-ordination with external agencies if required to rectify the breakdowns
- Prepare work order reports and ensure completion of the activity as per the requirements and specified timelines.
- To ensure the execution of activity as per regulatory standards with the current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Preparation, execution and monitoring of the Preventive maintenance of plant Equipment’s.
- To check and daily update the Preventive Maintenance status.
- To Support Plant operations for Engineering & production.
- To ensure smooth Operation of Plant machinery.
- To support team for validations & revalidations of all area and equipment available at site.
- To ensure the compliance as per Quality management system.
- Initiation and closure of the Change controls, CAPAs, Deviations, Breakdown’s.
- Preparation of Monthly trends.
- To prepare, review, verify and follow SOPs.
- Direct installation and alterations of machinery, equipment as per sop and change control or CAPA.
- To submit daily report of daily activities to Process Maintenance in charge
- To monitor the safety in the execution of projects and maintenance activities in smooth condition.
- Maintaining of equipment critical spares and availability in site
- To perform any job allocated by the head engineering/superior.
- To keep track of consumption of materials procured and their reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Day to day activity job allocation to Technicians
- To have in-depth knowledge of PLC, SCADA Programming; should have capability of carry out inhouse automation work
