Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Copywriter to manage our brand’s presence on social platforms and produce engaging content that aligns with Onsitego’s brand voice. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Retail teams to create impactful copy and support digital campaigns.

This role will work closely with the Marketing and Retail teams to create impactful copy and support digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Onsitego’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Create compelling copy for social posts, emailers, website, blogs, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop engaging visual and written content.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and performance metrics; suggest improvements.
- Assist in retail marketing communication where needed.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and digital innovations.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management and Copywriting, preferably in a consumer tech or service industry.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Hinglish.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics, and social media analytics tools
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail communications will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
