Job Description
- Support for Banking , Surplus Cash Investment & Cash Management activities of Tata Communications India entities.
- Responsible for documentation related to setting up of working capital limits for Tata Communications India entities.
- Responsible for maintaining & updating KYC documentation with various banks for Tata Communications India entities and its signatories.
- Maintenance of bank accounts (incl. A/C opening, closing, signatory addition & deletion etc) for Tata Communications India entities .
- Responsible for accounting of Treasury deals and Monthly closing activities related to Banking, Investments and Cash management in SAP ( S4Hana)
- Continuous Liasoning with various banks to drive bank charges and interest cost savings and smooth payment processing with minimum manual intervention.
- Responsible for Internal and Statutory Audit compliances for Banking , Surplus Cash Investment & Cash Management activities of Tata Communications India entities
- Co-ordination with TC Internal User teams and banks to ensure timely resolution to concerns / issues.
- Preparation of Treasury MIS , variance analysis, Cash flow statements etc. for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Support for PF and Gratuity Fund investments.
- Supporting all transformation and automation initiatives under Treasury domain.
- Good Communication skills , Advanced Excel skills, Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Experience working in S4 Hana accounting system would be an added advantage.
