Role Purpose:
As part of the Talent Strategy and Programs Office of the CHRO, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to creating and executing GDS-wide talent initiatives that align with EY’s global people agenda. This role focuses on designing and delivering strategic programs that enhance employee experience, support talent initiatives, and build future-ready capabilities across the GDS network. You will also lead design and launch of high impact programs such as Counseling Family, champion Employee Value Proposition (EVP), manage strategic processes like EYGDS award pitch decks, and craft compelling data driven narrative for leaders. You will also lead analytics, data driven storytelling, reporting efforts, enabling data-driven decision-making and tracking program effectiveness.

The role provides a platform to work closely with different Talent COE/STC leadership and teams, working on GDS/Global level projects and programs directly/indirectly for GDS leadership, offering exposure to organization-wide priorities and the chance to influence key people strategies that shape the future of work at EY.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Design and execution of organisation-wide talent programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Talent teams and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
- Spearhead the Counseling Family Program including framework development, stakeholder engagement, toolkit creation, and governance setup for pan-GDS implementation.
- Champion Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activation across GDS, driving awareness and adoption of signal commitments – Career Agility and Thrive Time, liaising with global stakeholders for regular reporting, and crafting compelling narratives to support internal socialization and engagement.
- Manage strategic processes such as award nominations to position GDS/EY as an Employer of Choice
- Drive quarterly Talent Calendar to empower Talent teams to stay aligned and proactive in driving meaningful engagement with the business.
- Shape the CS Talent Insights storyline to reflect the impact of Talent, integrating key initiatives and data into a cohesive narrative while proactively identifying and highlighting potential red flags.
- Partner with Talent leadership, business stakeholders, and regional teams to gather insights, align on priorities, and drive adoption of talent strategies.
- Lead EY People Pulse and other listening survey analytics and reporting by synthesizing data across multiple talent programs and delivering actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Leverage talent dashboards and internal tools to generate insights that enable informed decisions and enhance program effectiveness for Talent/ business leaders
- Develop and execute communication and change enablement strategies to support program rollout and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain governance through program documentation, milestone tracking, and preparation of executive-level reports and presentations for leadership reviews and global forums.
- Monitor program impact, recommend continuous improvements, and contribute to a culture of innovation and future-readiness in talent practices.
- Good understanding of EY business model with a strategic mindset.
- Analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint., and data visualization tools.
- Ability to design, launch, and scale high-impact talent initiatives across a global network.
- Experience in dashboard creation, leadership reporting and a sharp analytical mindset to drive data-informed decision making
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast paced, and ambiguous settings
- Demonstrate capability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight timelines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience of creating HR strategy, talent management, or program delivery will be added advantage.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships, networking skills, effective stakeholder management across global and matrixed environments.
- Strong focus on compliance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Expertise in translating complex data and insights into compelling narratives that drive leadership alignment and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 4– years of experience in HR, HR strategy, talent management, or program management.
- A professional accreditation or HR specialization certification
- Experience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional services environment
- Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
- Be an enabler of high-performance Talent team
- Keen interest to invest time for self-learning, seeking opportunities to work on cross-functional HR projects
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
- A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative individual
