Assistant Manager - Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Evaluates deliveries and collaborate with KAM POCs to foresee any issue
• Manage the company’s Monthly/Weekly inventory movement and planning activities and ensure that all channels have right inventory level
• Report to leadership/Stakeholders on stock levels, issues etc.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of Inventory Management
• Ensure smooth and strong supply chain collaboration with brands
• Analyze Demand and share buying projections with brand as per targets for coming month
• Coordinate with different businesses like Ecom/D2C etc and provide billing support
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound process
• Share dock hit projections, and execute dock hit plans accordingly to ensure minimum deviation from the plan
• Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses
• Identify process gaps and work towards process improvement plans.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Any course/certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement is a plus
