Business Structure

IDP’s global team is led by Tenealle O’Shannessy, Chief Executive Officer & Managing

Director.

The Global Leadership Team comprises of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief

Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer, CEO

of IDP-Connect and five Regional Directors.

Each Regional Director is responsible for managing their region’s complete operations.

All roles within IDP are focused on delivering outstanding service to our students, candidates,

teams, clients, and partners.

Our student placement service operates on a simple premise: international education thrives

Role purpose

To develop alliances and partnerships between IDP and senior stakeholders in domestic educational institutions of repute, for IDP to be their preferred partner for overseas education, for their students. Build IDP’s brand image within cohort of those institutions, leading to generation and achievement of zonal LIS targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Target to build an ecosystem for IDP which can contribute towards the growth of student recruitment. Meet annual targets of tie- ups and MOUs with institutes for student placements.
  • Designing and implementation of outreach strategies to maximize the reach to the target audience.
  • Building & maintaining relationships with schools and colleges by having a strong working relationship with key decision makers of the institutes.
  • Driving, nurturing, and maintaining alliances with premium institutes and having strategic relationship with them. Helping the offices to take benefit from these alliances.
  • Efficient implementation of operational initiatives such as Local institution activities, education conferences, presentations in schools and colleges, open houses, participation in career fairs etc. to maximize the reach to the target audience.
  • Arranging support for branch level activities from marketing, CR teams in conducting of big activities at local level.
  • Organising engagement activities with partner institutes to support in requirement, like fairs, webinars etc.

Required Experience

  • Graduate degree from a reputed Institute; MBA degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years’ strong sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in developing B2B partnerships or being a B2B marketer with a proven sale record.
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnerships
  • Ability to thoroughly analyse business products and value propositions and put these into strategic thinking toward alliance partnerships strategies.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
