We are now looking for another team member to join us in Sales as Assistant Manager Specifications for West region.

This role focuses on securing product specifications in projects by building relationships with the stakeholders, ensuring they understand the product's value. Success is measured by the volume and conversion rate of these specifications into actual sales, contributing to market share growth and revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Effectively convert product specifications into actual
  • Strong market penetration and demand for the company's products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and other key stakeholders involved in the specification process.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company's market share by successfully securing product specifications and increasing brand visibility in the target market.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, their features, benefits, and applications. Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
  • Track and report on revenue generated from specified projects, demonstrating the financial impact of specification activities on the company's bottom line.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of potential projects by actively identifying and pursuing new specification opportunities. This includes market research, lead generation, and project tracking.


What we’d love for you to have:

  • To have a proven track record of 3 to 5+ years' experience in securing product specifications within the industry, ideally working with architects, designers, or engineers
  • Understanding technical concepts and be comfortable communicating technical information to diverse audiences
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
