Job Description
Responsibilities
Ø Monitoring and Tracking customer Order from Opportunity to Network and Billing from Commercial and Technical parameters for ensuring real time revenue realization (GNS/Transmission/IP Services)
Ø Performing End to end Circuit Reconciliations for Data/Data Usages Services (GNS/Cloud/Media/UCC)
Ø Performing End to end Voice/CDR reconciliation from (Source>>Network>>Mediation>>Billing) for Voice/Move/MMX/Signalling Services.
Ø Monitoring the Trends for Voice and Usage Based Services to prevent any GAP in System or process. ( Voice/CDR/EDR Services)
Ø Tracking and monitoring the Third-party cost (Direct Cost) for Network Services and running the cost Optimisation project.
Ø Performing Inventory reconciliation for All Toll free/DID no that has been procured against their provision status.
Ø Margin Analysis for All Voice/MMX/Move product and per country and identified the risk on high margin country.
Ø Build the Revenue Assurance framework and control on New entities acquired by TATA Communication like (Switch/Kalerya)
Ø Lead the Revenue Assurance Team for Internal/External Audit Regulatory and compliance processes and ensure no Audit Observation.
Ø Building the Revenue Assurance control and approval for product/Service launches, closely working with NIP and Product Team.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
MBA/CA/BE

- The role is part of the Revenue Assurance of excellence and will support in any one or more areas of including Analysis, reporting & compliance
