- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Should be able to work with SAP / AutoCAD
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
- Reviewing construction plans/drawings
- Quantity estimation for RCC / finishing / interior work etc
- Rate Analysis and Estimation
- Preparation of budgets, uploading, and working is SAP
- Preparation Of BBS (bar bending schedule)
- BOQ preparation of the project
- Preparation of Work Orders /amendment orders.
- Preparation of Price Adjustment statement on RA Bills
