Responsibilities
Planning, monitoring finishing activities.
Coordinate with Consultants, contractors and resolves problems in area of finishing to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.
Contractors bill certification.
Execution of work with Quality and Safety norms.
Responsible to Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities.
Able to understand specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities.
Knowledge of various finishing material and their suitability at location of use.
Responsible for Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list
Qualifications
B.E. Civil with > 8 years experience in finishing / Interior work.
