Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive process-oriented problem-solving with a focus on understanding, implementing, and improving processes
- Ensure adherence to process inputs and monitor output metrics to ensure effectiveness and compliance
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Central Process Excellence Team regarding process implementation and compliance for assigned cities/clusters
- Facilitate the implementation, streamlining, and automation of dark store operation processes
- Gather and analyze internal product and process feedback to provide actionable insights for refining processes and products
- Oversee the on-ground rollout of processes for the assigned city and monitor adherence until the transition to the city team is complete
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the ground operations team on and manage the end-to-end rollout of centrally driven new processes and initiatives, including new product features or complete product launches
- Ensure the effective execution of brand marketing activities, including distribution of freebies, flyers, and promotional materials
- Manage seasonal or festive marketing campaigns involving flyers/freebie distribution to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
- Involved in various central and city initiatives aimed at reducing and optimizing costs related to both OpEx & CapEx
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction, ensuring that operational changes positively impact service quality
- Self-Driven: Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in understanding large databases and the relationships between various metrics
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong interest in supply chain management, analytical skills, and persistence in working with data to extract insights
- Critical Thinking: Ability to identify and address root causes of problems, both known and unknown
- Holistic Problem Solving: Consideration of all relevant factors before devising solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and influencing stakeholders, both with and without formal authority, to achieve maximum effectiveness
- Execution Excellence: Proven ability to execute tasks or projects with precision, enthusiasm, and diligence
- Adaptability: Quick learner of new tools and technologies
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing and implementing tasks in a fast-paced environment
