Lead and manage Active Directory infrastructure including forests, domains, trusts, sites, and replication. Oversee Azure AD, AD Connect, and hybrid identity integrations. Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance Center). Handle complex user authentication, synchronization, and access issues between on-prem and cloud environments. Design, implement, and maintain Group Policies (GPOs), OU structures, and permissions models. Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO configurations. Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and email security policies. Monitor and optimize AD replication, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services. Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and reports. Lead in incident, problem, and change management processes. Collaborate with security and compliance teams for audits, hardening, and remediation. Document configurations, standards, and best practices; mentor L1/L2 teams. Required Skills and Experience: 7–8 years of experience in enterprise-level AD and M365 administration and support. Strong understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect, AAD Sync, and Identity Federation (ADFS). Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams architecture, and SharePoint Online. Expertise in PowerShell scripting and task automation. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Intune, and Compliance Center. Experience managing hybrid or multi-tenant environments. Strong understanding of security, identity lifecycle management, and zero-trust principles. Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills
