Position Summary

clients in different countries?
The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end
to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms
across the globe.
At Deloitte, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of industries and business models, helping your
career growth and professional development.
Work you’ll do
Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations, to serve the Offshore
Clients, with regards to Planning and Delivering of trainings. It is essential to act as an
Advisor & a Consultant to our clients.

Work you’ll do
Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations, to serve the Offshore

- Connect with Clients, providing service as a consultant/advisor and lead strategic
- Provide insights to leadership on team performance, plan for contingencies
- Team performance management, engagement management, people management
- Lead cross team projects
- Conduct effective 1:1 sessions with team members to provide feedback and keep
- Ensure positive environment in team
- Mentor/guide future leaders and team members towards career aspirations and goals
- Contribution and Involvement in Firm/Team initiatives
- Continues collaboration effort towards common business goal
- Manage escalations, process concerns

Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment and managing teams of 8+
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have knowledge of email etiquette
- Should have basic knowledge of excel and should be able to analyze data
- Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint
- Should have ability to team with others
- Should be able to prioritize time and tasks
- Should have experience Managing teams of 8+ including performance management,
Preferred
- Should have a good understanding of Learning environments and processes,
- Understanding of learning systems and processes
- Should have ability to interact well with internal clients and provide strategic
- Experience working with US or Global stakeholders
