Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Stakeholder Management – ability to influence, partner, and provide advisory insights to senior leaders and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement – ensuring a memorable, positive experience that reflects EY’s brand values.

Recruitment Execution – strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.

Market Intelligence & Data Orientation – leveraging insights to drive decisions and add value to hiring conversations.

Collaboration & Coordination – working seamlessly with internal teams (sourcing, HR ops, onboarding) for smooth processes.

As an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition at EY, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This position goes beyond recruitment — it’s about building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey while supporting EY’s business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business lines with a strong focus on timely closures during busy hiring cycles.

Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and partners to understand role requirements, advise on talent availability, and deliver strong pipelines.

Use market intelligence to provide insights on hiring trends, talent supply, and competitor activity.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational needs.

Provide consistent updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Build trust and act as a talent advisor for business leaders.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

Drive high-touch candidate engagement throughout the process – from sourcing to onboarding.

Ensure a positive and transparent experience by keeping candidates informed, supported, and valued at every stage.

Act as the custodian of EY’s employer brand during all candidate interactions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Partner with sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, and HR operations teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Support processes related to interview logistics, assessments, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Collaborate across teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and service delivery.

Experience

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.

Experience handling high-volume hiring cycles without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

Strong business acumen with the ability to advise stakeholders using talent insights and market intelligence.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, peers, and leadership teams.

A proactive problem-solver with a structured approach to prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
