The Assistant Manager Finance is responsible for managing and overseeing various financial audits, compliance, and reporting activities. Key responsibilities include handling statutory, tax, group, transfer pricing, internal, and IFC audits, acting as the main point of contact for auditors. The role also involves preparing monthly MIS reports, coordinating with other departments for financial closures, and ensuring compliance with TDS, GST, and income tax regulations. Strong proficiency in financial software, including Tally and MS Excel, and experience in audits and compliance are essential. A relevant degree in finance, such as an MBA or CA, and 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturing setup are required.
