Job Summary

We are looking for two Chartered Accountants with a strong accounting background to join our factory finance team in Hosur for a six-month contract. The selected candidates will play a key role in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and tax filings while working closely with external auditors (Big 6 firms).

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare audit schedules and required financial data for audits.
• Assist auditors (Big 6 firms) by providing necessary financial insights and documentation.
  
  

Audit & Compliance

• Work closely with external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audit procedures.
• Address audit queries and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
  
  

Factory Finance Operations

• Manage accounts for the legal entity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work as part of the factory finance team, handling day-to-day accounting activities.
  
  

Taxation & Filings

• Coordinate with tax consultants for direct tax filings, including advance tax and returns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements and Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• SAP experience mandatory
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in direct tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and return filings.
• Experience working with auditors from Big 6 firms is a plus.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
  

Work Environment: The role is based in a factory finance team, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and auditors.
