- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Lead the finalization of accounts, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/Indian GAAP) and statutory guidelines.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations for cost control.
- Develop and maintain robust MIS reporting frameworks to provide key financial insights to management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
- Support business decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and forecasting.
- Liaison with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Address audit queries promptly and implement corrective measures based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Cost analysis & reporting, monitor direct and indirect project expenses.
- Maintenance of cost records in ERP/SAP systems
