- Enable AI adoption in various areas of the organisation
- Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists
- Competency development – developing people through coaching and mentoring in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
- Successfully manage end to end delivery of data models (CV & DL) including architecture, infra. needs, resourcing, budgeting and prioritisation
- Lead and Guide all Computer Vision, Image and Video Analytics projects.
- Keep up with current trends and build competency in team with PoC’s/PoC’s/Prototypes
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders
- Build Business problem/need to Data Science problem statement and solution approach
- Align data projects with organizational goals
