External: Customers
Key responsibilities
- Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
- Possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organisation.
- Work closely with Sales and Operation to ensure that clients will get the updates quickly.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest update in order to retain/increase Volume.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Skills and Competencies
- Graduate in any stream with minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customer relationships and sales functions in a FTWZ/ SEZ / Logistics / Freight Forwarding Company or in Supply Chain Management dept. of Major MNC’s.
- Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to understand underlying customer needs tap hidden opportunities and make a compelling case within and outside the organization for new product / revenue streams.
- Knowledge of client, Customs and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Team building capability
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision making skills .
