ASSISTANT MANAGER – BUSINESS CONTROL

SCOPE

The Pricing and Business Control Manager needs to develop deep relationships with stakeholders across functional lines, understanding of the businesses, their risks, controls, and products. It aims to maintain a strong and consistent control environment across the company and implement best in class supervisory culture. It also analyzes company costs, industry pricing trends and prices at competitor companies. Develops strategies for pricing to improve sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high focus on HSEQ in line with Normet HSEQ Standards
• Pricing HZL & Non-HZL spare parts
• Monthly Analysis of Sales and Service performance for ROI customers
• Adhering to commercial minimum for all customer offers
• Profitability Report Preparation in coordination with finance
• Service Manpower Cost Allocation on a monthly basis
• Monitoring the provision movement (upward & downword)
• Weekly Budget Monitoring against Service approved Budget
• Monthly Budget Monitoring against EQ Sales approved Budget
• CAPEX Procurement Monitoring in coordination with finance
• Monitoring of Quotation to Order Execution
• Coordination with the Sales Team (EQ & Service) for Sale pipeline and monitoring the same
• Prepare Monthly Report: (Business Review)
• Project Module update on WIP and releasing the cost

Position Requirements

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree in Engineering
• Basic Financial Principles or MBA with finance & Marketing
• 8 – 10 Years experience in business execution
