Make An Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing to join our marketing team at Fossil Group India. In this role, you will manage brand strategy and marketing communication across a portfolio of iconic fashion and lifestyle brands, including Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, and others. You will drive innovative campaigns, oversee celebrity endorsements, and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand ethos and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Own and execute annual brand strategy and communications while ensuring consistency with global guidelines and brand integrity. Build awareness by highlighting unique brand positioning and value.
- Customer Analysis: Identify customer insights, define buyer personas, and tailor brand communication to target audience preferences.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute end-to-end brand-led campaigns, integrating creative direction, storytelling, and on-ground activation.
- PR & Events: Lead PR-led campaigns, seasonal events, and special launches in collaboration with agencies and media partners.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate across teams to support integrated communication across print, CRM, digital, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and influencer marketing.
- Celebrity Management: Manage relationships and deliverables for celebrity brand ambassadors. Coordinate photo/video shoots and seasonal campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Ecom, Creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors, regional/global brand teams) to drive execution and manage approvals, costing, and reporting.
- Reports & Insights: Track campaign performance, analyze results against industry benchmarks, and recommend optimizations based on competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a premier institute with 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing or communications.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and media planning.
- Experience managing celebrity endorsements, digital campaigns, and PR events.
- Hands-on knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
