Job Role
Looking for a data-driven and proactive program manager to scale up 0-1 initiatives for Swiggy Dineout.
To be successful, you should be detail-oriented and adept at building relationships with partners and liaisoning with internal stakeholders. Ultimately, you should be able to multitask effectively as well as demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Role

Roles And Responsibilities
- Build Rapport & drive strategic projects/initiatives with partners/brands for improving revenue
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders/cross-functional team to drive process improvements, initiatives/projects proactively that reduce operational efforts and maximise revenue
- Performing in-depth analysis for outliers and deriving highly actionable data to drive with Dineout brands
- Connect with the brand POCs on regular basis and discuss trending metrics and ways to improve consumer experience/ revenue and drive it to execution
- Build weekly/monthly insights and RCAs to drive KPIs with partners/internal stakeholders
- Work with central supply teams on initiatives to be driven, and own them with city heads
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Sales / Central Functions / Biz Ops roles.
- Excellent Analytical Skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Graduate/MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges
- Excellent communication skill
