Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ind-AS and company policies.
- Lead and coordinate statutory audit processes, working closely with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review schedules, reconciliations, and financial statements for audit and management review.
- Support account finalization, consolidation, and other controllership activities.
- Ensure timely book closure, audit readiness, and adherence to internal controls.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, audit (preferably statutory), and accounting.
- Strong grasp of Ind-AS, audit documentation, and reporting standards.
- Meticulous, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
