Job Role: Compliance and risk management
- Ensure adherence to compliance activities and all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and standards.
- Responsible for compliance risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, and assist in internal and external audits
- Enhance internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
- Identifying potential risks related to compliance and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to drive better compliance performance.
- Working closely with other teams such as Business, Facilities, Information Security, Privacy, Quality Assurance to ensure seamless compliance.
- Acting as the point of contact for compliance-related matters across the Business team.
- Staying up to date with relevant industry regulations and ensuring compliance is adjusted accordingly.
- Implementing changes to comply with new laws or regulations as required.
- Experience in risk management, audits, and internal controls.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
