Admin Coordinator Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator – Assistant Manager to support administrative operations across our regional offices. The role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Regional travel is required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities at the regional level.

Support facility management, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.

Assist in planning and execution of office setups, shifts, or expansions.

Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Act as a point of contact between regional offices and the corporate admin team.

Monitor and manage maintenance, housekeeping, and general upkeep of facilities.

Ensure timely processing of invoices and vendor payments in coordination with Finance.

Prepare and submit periodic reports and documentation to Head Administration.

Manage and support travel and logistics for regional teams.

Handle employee queries related to administration within the assigned region.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
