- Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the the Innoflex process of Unilever
- Well versed with Project Management process and softwares like MS Projects etc.
- Hold individuals of network team accountable for their responsibilities & timely execution
- Efficient Stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution
- Understand the supply chain end to end for better understanding of constraints in network
- Innovation OTIF

- Cost KPIs
- Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing
- Factory teams
- Planning- Central Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence,
- BD and BB teams
- Category & SC Finance
