Main Purpose Of Job
Part of the overall CD HR Partnering team, supporting the MT business in the Mumbai RO. The role will work closely with the MT leadership team to drive the People Strategy for the function. The team reports into the Assistant HR Manager - eCommerce, Modern Trade Retail, C&C and IB.

Key Accountabilities
Capacity
- Workforce Planning for MT organization
- Lead the MT ET program
- Keynote SPOC for OT Organization
- Drive a culture of Flex within the MT team
- Manage the Network for WL1A-2C Capability Agenda. LMs to design and deliver the program content E2E
- Effective deployment of global learning Programs
- Build a Strong Induction program for New Hires delivered at defined Cadence
- Management of Organized Trade Outer-core Talent
- Design the Wellbeing agenda for MT and leverage GH&W for execution
- Designing and driving formal Coaching/Mentoring intervention for MTLT members
- Ability to network and build relationships
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills & Data analytics experience
- Ability to design & deliver initiatives end to end
- Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management
- Effective communication skills among diverse audiences
