Period of Contract: 5 years (extendable based on mutual consent).
The Preferred Qualification and Experience for the post are as under:
Qualification: First class in B.Tech / B.E Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience
Remuneration: Pay Scale- MS V (Rs.32300-68700)
Date of Joining: Immediate
Last date of application: 10-11-2022
The employee is eligible for contributory PF, Medical claim reimbursement etc. as per the rules of Cyberpark.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in supervision and coordination of Construction works which includes Planning/Estimation/Billing/Site Execution of High-Rise Buildings.
- He/She should be well experienced in coordinating multiple sites and projects simultaneously & in maintaining budget and cash flow for the project and should have sufficient exposure in using softwares commonly used in Construction Sector like Autocad/Stadpro etc.
- Candidates having exposure to government works/procedure will be given preference. Candidate shall have good communication skills both written and spoken English.
Remuneration: Pay Scale- MS V (Rs.32300-68700)
