Job Details

Description

  • Independently review incoming customer orders and assess their requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze customer request dates and prioritize orders based on agreed-upon delivery commitments.
  • Evaluate material availability by reviewing lead times, in process supply, and on hand inventory levels.
  • Anticipate potential material shortages and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assess available production capacity by analyzing current production schedules and workforce availability.
  • Determine the feasibility of meeting customer order deadlines and prioritize orders accordingly.
  • Communicate ship dates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross departmental teams as needed to address specific order requirements or resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Proactively seek feedback and implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment processes.
