Key Roles & Responsibilitie

s:● Oversee after-sales service operations for Ola Electric’s scooters and Roadster model motorbikes across multiple Experience Centers and service hubs in the assigned are

a.● Manage and control parts inventory variance within the assigned are

a.● Drive targeted monthly revenue from service operations, accessories, and value-added offerin

gs● Achieve targeted daily service productivity per Service Centr

e.● Implement measures to reduce monthly escalations at each service cente

r.● Maintain a minimum CSAT score of 4.5 at every service center through superior service quality and customer handlin

g.● Ensure compliance with Ola’s SOPs, safety protocols, and EV-specific technical guideline

s.● Plan and coordinate manpower allocation to meet service demand efficientl

y.● Train and mentor Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians on product knowledge, repair techniques, and customer experience standard

s.● Monitor service KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present improvement action plans to the Regional Service Manage

Qualifications, Experience & Ski

  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a top-tier engineering col
• lege.0–2 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the two-wheeler or automobile indu
• stry.Strong knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, and repair proce
• sses.Proven ability to manage warranty processes, inventory control, and service revenue tar
