Location: Rajasthan(Remote)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts for electric 3-wheelers across Maharashtra. This remote role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automotive sales (2-wheeler or 3-wheeler) and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions. The ASM will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, boosting regional sales, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers to expand the area’s sales network
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure high satisfaction and performance
Drive sales and achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Create and implement dealer-level sales strategies for maximum outreach and conversion
Train dealer teams regularly to improve product knowledge and selling efficiency
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine area-specific strategies
Provide timely updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Ensure all regional activities comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines
Education
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Experience
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in 2-wheeler or 3-wheeler vehicle sales
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Functional & Soft Skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
In-depth understanding of dealer appointment and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
Key Competencies
Strategic sales execution
Dealer relationship management
Market analysis & forecasting
Product training and dealer support
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for results
