Area Sales Manager - Meerut

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for business retention and growth in the region of Western Uttar Pradesh (Meerut, Moradabad, Bulandshahr, Hapur, Aligarh, Agra, Gwalior, Jhansi, etc.).

This position is part of the sales team and located in Meerut and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the North Sales team and report to the State Sales Manager responsible for business retention of current customer business and providing growth by adding new customers. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Travel extensively in the Western part of U.P. and you will be based out of Meerut
• Meet existing and new customers on a daily basis to generate sales
• Work towards retention of existing business and adding new prospects
• Make extensive use of tools like Salesforce and DBS to drive results.
• Coordinate with the Service and Application team to work towards customer delights
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Science Graduate/Management Graduate with at least three years of sales experience in the IVD industry in the region of Western U.P.
• Responsible for sales of Hardware and reagents across modalities like Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urine analysis, etc.
• Ensure Customer Delight ensure coordination with the Service & Application team for quick response to customer issues.
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working in the Western Part of Uttar Pradesh
• Work experience of minimum 3 years in Government, Pvt. and C&E.
• Handling of corporate hospitals and Laboratories; also should have handled clients like TMU, AMU, Govt & Pvt. Medical colleges, and other state government hospitals.
