Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients' distributors and dealers.
  • Expand and manage the sales network.
  • Provide dealers and distributors with information about new or improved products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing.
  • Collect feedback from distributors and dealers.
  • Maintain a good relationship with both distributors and dealers.
  • Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.
  • Have a knack for sales.
  • Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the non-FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
