Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager B2B to join our team at GK RICKSHAW LTD. As the Area Sales Manager B2B, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the assigned region. The job is based in Guwahati, Assam, India, and the employment type is Full-Time. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales forecasting
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and business development
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and the automotive market is a plus
  • Experience in dealer management and channel sales is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors
  • Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales techniques and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management
  • Stay updated with industry developments, product innovations, and market trends related to electric vehicles and automotive sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
