Function/ Department: Credit Operations / Retail Underwriting

Job Purpose

There are Multiple MBL branches spread across the country. We need a supervisory layer over these branches for keeping a close watch on the operational side of the business. The overall purpose of this profile is to ensure that OPS work is happening as per the laid down process, policies and procedures. An AOM will also ensure that all the laid down rules by the regulatory and compliance bodies are adhered to by keeping a watch on the branch operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing multiple MBL Branches / locations
• Branch Visits and Audits
• Ensuring implementation of process guidelines across managed locations.
• Key area of operations being Managing TAT of Login and Disbursal, File Dispatch, Property dispatch, Training & developments.
• Monitor TAT, Quality and defect resolution of self & team.
• Co-ordination with all Stake Holders from other departments like Sales, Credit, product on a Day to Day basis.
• Training to teams on various product polices & processed
• Ensure NIL Audit observations for managed locations
• Take up cost saving and process improvement initiatives.
