Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Manager
- Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and take corrective actions.
- Marketing Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Team Development and Training
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales and marketing personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing budget for the area.
- Monitor expenses, track variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance.
- Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the clutch or automotive industry, especially in the Aftermarket sector
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
